|In response to Re: PB Pipe-Possible Leak in Floor??|
Aything is possible, although I have never seen any PB used under a concrete floor. It is possible that the leak is in the wall and flowing to that spot before it shows up.
: I live in a lemon of a house. If it can go wrong, it will. Anyway, my house was built in 1996 and I'm the 3rd owner. I recently (because of a leak in the bathroom ceiling) found out that it was plumbed with the gray PB pipe. (There have been two different leaks in the attic in the last two months.) The last week or two there has been a wet spot just outside that same bathroom door. I can't see where there's anything leaking from the ceiling or walls. Could this possibly be in the concrete? Could the idiots who built this house have used that gray pipe in the slab too? Somebody told me that that pipe wasn't used for that kind of plumbing. Is that true? Please help me. I would greatly appreciate any advice you can give me.
: Thank you,
