I am installing a 3-piece fiberglass shower on a finished concrete slab floor. House is ~15 years old and 3/4 bath was roughed in at build. The 2" drain for the shower is ~12" from where it has to go to mate up with the shower base. I opened up the concrete slab and dug out. Question: Do I need a trap between the shower drain and the roughed-in floor drain? Thanks in advance. |
