Screw Up in Holes through joists.

Hey Terry,

I got a problem. I co-worker of my wife's istalled a 2" drain line through several joists. I told him to put a 1/4" per foot slope on the run. The run was 9ft so I was expecting a differential of 2.25", he put in a 0.5" fall. The pipe also didn't run down it kinda went up and down a bit over the run. The hole he used was the maximum size hole for my joist size (2x9.5, i.e. physical meaurement 1.5" x 9"). How can I correct this problem. The joists are 15 ft in length and the holes are located about 4 or 4.5 ft from the end span. Do I need to "sisters" 15 ft joists and then redrill or can I scab the joists. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rob
