Your big problem will be the bath tub. The drain has to be below the tub, so you will have to break the floor open to access the main drain, run 2" line to a trap that is below the tub. How much work that will be depends on how far the main drain is from to new location of the tub. The washer drain should adapt to the old bath tub drain fairly easily. Keep in mind the new tub drain must have at least a 1/4" slope per foot to where it connects with the main sewer and must be vented. I think you need a plumber to estimate the job. Perhaps you could do some of the "grunt" work and save some labor.
