: You people are scaring me. I just bought and installed a Glacier Bay faucet in the my kitchen and to hear that trouble awaits is very discouraging. I too bought it at Home Depot and so far the biggest pain that went with that project was removing the old faucet.
i purchased a GB BATHROOM faucet and had no trouble w/the install or it has not leaked at all....and it look great.......
in fact it looks better than the Moen that removed which leaked and it was cheaper to buy a new faucet than to buy the moen cartridge...
i talked to my plumber and he said that GB is a copy of a Detla.........since Delta and price fister and american standard losst there patents anyone now can make copies of them....
i'm very happy with my GB faucet...
