Fernco makes a rubber seal that replaces the lead and oakum seal. When you have removed the lead by drilling or sawing it out, a little prying works too.
You can insert the rubber seat, taper the end of the plastic, and lube it with liquid soap.
It should push in, intil it bottoms out.
