Try closing the water valve on the toilet as much as possible. It might make more noise and take longer to fill but it should help. That was my fix after I couldn't train the wife not to flusk during showers. It should help but it won't completely solve the problem. You need a new pressure balancing facuet in the shower. : the shower has scalding water when someone flushes commode and we have a new water heater..We thought this : would solve the problem but it didn't. IF we turn down the water heater, the water is too cold and takes too : long to get warm...any solutions
