I was installing a new water-softner over the weekend and was soldering copper piping together. For some reason I keep having leaks on the new joints. We have taken the piping back off and re-soldered a couple more times but sstill have the leaks. Any clue what may be wrong? Is it possible we heated up the piping to much while soldering? Is there a limit to how much piping can withstand the heating process from us putting together and taking apart the piping? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thx |
