I don't know the limits of the drain hose, but here's another idea. Install a 2" PVC drain on the interior of the room. Use brackets to hold it tight to the wall. Make sure there is a good slope to the drain. Put a Pee trap at the bottom of the stand pipe. Use a long bend elbow at the corner(s). I don't think white PVC would look worse than black hose.
