Went to my library and they don't have it.
: : I can't buy an individual copy of October's issue of Consumer Report (with the new toilet ratings) because now Novemeber's issue is out already. : : Know where I can get a copy of just the toilet ratings? : : Anyone have it uploaded? : : I went to ConsumerReports.org and they want me to give my credit card info and sign me up for an entire year just to read that one report. : : Help help help
