|In response to Re: copper re-piping|
Changing to copper will not change the pressure. It may change the amount of water flow from the faucets depending on the condition of the galvanized piping. Since the houses are separated, you can treat them individually as far as repiping goes.
: I am a new homeowner. I now have TWO old craftsman houses on one lot. They both have old galvanized pipes. If I can only afford to re-pipe of the houses right now, will I face big trouble keeping one place galvanized and doing one copper? If I redo the main line in copper, will this put too much force (water pressure) on the galvanized? Help!
