Probably, but you just have to push it in. It will "snap" and be reset. But you should know that the bad fuse and a tripped reset switch usually are symptoms not the problem, and it will probably happen again until you have the water heater serviced. : I have a Speed-O-matic Electric Water Heater "E" series. It quit heating water so I checked the fuses in our trailer home electric box. I found one that was bad. I replaced the fuse. Everything but the water heater came back on. Do I have to push the reset button for the water heater to come back on? If so how long do I need to hold it down for before I release it?
