: Help please!! I'm installing a Delta Model 1700 Series faucet into a remodel fiberglass showerstall. How does this rascal get installed? Do I use the black plasterguard, and cut a hole the same size in the fiberglass or am I reading too much into this? Thanks for any help. Cheers!!

The plasterguard is meant to be even with the finished surface. On fiberglass, I have installed it behind the fiberglass before. Check your finish plate to make sure you don't need it to dish in. There is a bit of plus/minus to work with here.
