Mike, I can "totolly" relate to your story. ;) Based on Terry's great advice and positive reports on Toto toilets elsewhere, I recently bought and installed a Toto "Ultimate" toilet and it works wonderfully. Our old Mansfield No. 160 clogged *all* the time. And another of our toilets, an old "non-low flush" model, has clogged twice in the last couple of weeks. Bob
