I would reduce it to about 75 psi. It depends on the size and the labor costs, plus the difficulty of inserting it in the pipe. Around here it ranges from about $200.00 on up starting with an easy 1" installation.
: 105 psi is way too much. A pressure regulator can easily be installed where the water comes into the house. They are not expensive either. Possibly one of the plumbers will respond to this with more precise knowledge, but I think 45 to 60 psi is enough. Too much can put a strain on parts of the system.
