The bolts securing the toilet seat to the bowl are rusted. I cannot turn the bolts with a screw driver. I have tried WD-40. The nuts holding the bolts on the underside of the bowl are thick plastic. I cannot turn them. I have been unable to saw through the plastic bolts. I would really like to take off the old toilet seat. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |
