: What kind of repair did you make that cost $750.00? Most utilities are only responsible for the pipe up to the water meter. After the meter it is the customer's responsibility. Whether you are eligible for the class action depends on when the house was built.
: : I have made repairs to the polybutaline pipe used in the watermain to house connection. The local utility board is "stonewalling" in helping me recover some of my costs ( $750). Does anyone know whereI can get info on the problems or class action law suits involving this pipe material? Thanks
