Toilet Stains

Hi Mr. Love, I work at a resort hotel on Miami Beach in the Houskeeping department. The hotel is more than 30 years old, and so our our toilets. Some of them have a black stain around the bowl at the water level. Do you have any advice regarding removing that stain? Thanks, Jessica
