IF you mean the water pipe lawsuit, it has been settled. Whether you are part of it or not depends on when your house was built. : MY HUSBAND AND I WOULD LIKE INFORMATION ON HOW TO BECOME A PART OF THE LAWSUIT WE HAVE OWN OUR HOME : FOR TWO YEARS AND HAVE HAD FIVE LEAKS. IN THAT TWO YEARS. :
