Drain stub-out relocation

I'm in the process of remodeling a half-bath. After tearing out the old vanity and drywall behind it, I noticed that the drain line is off-center to the space and the hot and cold water supply lines with the sink drain at a very sharp angle to attach to the bowl. This wasn't a problem when there was a vanity concealing it all, but I'm about to put in a pedestal sink which will show everything. Is there a way to shift the stub-out about 3" towards the cold-water line without having to move the entire drain and vent pipe?
