The water sounds to be spilling from your cleanout that is on the outside wall. Call a drain-cleaner in your area to run his electric-snake through your 2" line, also explain to him that you need a clean-out screw-on cap to close off the clean-out. In our area we charge approx $50.00 to unstop.
