Within an hour, I received a call from them (from Montreal) and was told that their products are all under warrantee and that the part would be mailed to me within 5 days. I gave him my address but forgot to give the csller my name. Five minutes later I received another call to get my name. The problem I had was nothing to do with the product, but rather with too much lime in the water supply which clogged up the part. I'm writing this letter in hopes that whoever reads it will experience the same result I did.
By the way, there is no charge for parts!!
