Since the heater has both temperature and pressure/flow switches, either could do it, although a flow problem will usually shut it down in less than a minute and keep it off for several minutes. When it is off, jumper the temperature control contacts to see if it comes on. If it does then it is the thermostat. Have you checked to see if someone reduced its setting?
: The pool heater we had installed about 3 years ago worked fine until about 2 days ago. Now when it's turned on it only runs about 10 minutes or so and shuts down , maybe 15 minutes later or so it will come back on , and heat again. Could it be in the temp. control switch?
