Depending on several factors, it may not be necessary, but it would never be inadvisable to increase the size. : We're planning to start construction on a fairly large 5 ba house. The contractor has spec'ed a 1" service line. My current house as a 1.5" line. Is this "upgrade" advisable? : TIA,
