: Everything I have read about this class action suit says it expired in "98. I purchased this mobile home in June of "99 and past owner is deceased. I have had two major leaks and have floor damage, vapor seal damage and have been advised by my plumber to replace all piping. How is that fair when I have a defective product that caused this situation? Do I have any recourse now. My mobile home is a 1979 Bendix double wide. I find it deplorable that when Shell decided their product was defective they were still allowed to use it in mobile homes. Does anyone have any solution for me?
