The valve could cost around $100.00 and the labor to install it will depend on how the existing one is installed. It could be the minimum service call, or it could take a couple of hours. : Just had an inspector check out my house for a new buyer and said the water pressure reducing valve is not operating. He said the hose bib pressure was way too high. Does anyone know of a wild --- guess the cost of replacing this valve. Mine is under the kitchen crawl space.
