Hi, I have one of those new outdoor faucets with the little green cap on top. Everytime I we turn on the water, it leaks from there. I'm told I need a new washer, but what type? How do I take off that green cap; it doesn't seem to unscrew? Do I need to turn the water off first? Thank you. RA |
