Clogged Amfag sprayer faucet

I have an Amfag brand kitchen faucet that doubles as a sprayer. Water pressure from this faucet has been getting lower until almost no water comes out. I removed and cleaned the aereator - still no water (even with aereator removed). I unscreswed the entire head assembly and found that water flows from the hose no problem, so apparently the head is clogged. Is there a way to clean the head? Is there another brand of head that will work on the hose/handle housing for Amfag? thx.
