I am installing a toilet on a concrete floor. The concrete around the rough in is not completely level with the rest of the floor and the 4" drain pipe is coming in at a slight angle. First, will I be able to get the closet flange on the slanted drain properly, and second is it critical that the concrete per perfectly smooth around the drain pipe? |
