floor-mount wall outlet toilets

I need to replace an old floor-mount wall outlet Brigg toilet.

To fit in my Manhattan bathroom I need a small toilet. I originally ordered a contemporary 23"high 16 1/2" wide Toto before discovering I didn't have a floor mount.

Can you recommend a few companies that make low profile floor-mount, back-outlet toilets?
