: I have a Woodford outside faucet. The supply pipe for the faucet goes through the siding of the house and into the crawlspace. When I turn the handwheel to the faucet on, water comes out through the normal faucet outlet but also leaks behind the siding and runs down the side of brick below the siding. I can't figure out if the entire faucet needs to be replaced or if it can be repaired.

I would guess you have a split in the copper pipe of the faucet where it goes into the siding. Replacement would be needed. Most of these faucets are between 6" and 10" from the siding to the connection inside.
These type of leaks happen when hoses are left on during the cold Winter months.
