: I'm trying to find a web site or phone number for Glacier Bay (sold @ HomeDepot). I purchased the bathroom faucet over a year ago and finally installed it last week. Only to find the plastic washer inside the cold water handle broken. Any suggestions of where to find Glacier Bay replacement parts would be most appreciated. I don't know where you can find replacement parts, but I found it very interesting that I installed a Glacier Bay faucet in my bathroom only a few months ago and last week the cold water started leaking badly. I don't know what model you purchased, but I bought a relatively inexpensive one and I think they are just poorly made products.
