So the plumber I called said that he can replace the section of the meter-to-house pipe that is under the sidewalk without removing any concrete. Is he just going to dig a tunnel or is there same secret machine that pulls out the pipe and replaces it with a new one. The plumber did not want to talk about it over the phone.Thanks, Peter |
