I have the EasyHeat system (electric tile warmer, www.easyheat.com). Parts, including set-back thermostat, cost around $250-300 for a 40 sq. ft. system. Labor was probably around $500-750 for an electrician to run a feed and lay the wires, and for the tile guy to set the heating element in mud before tiling (it's hard to tally labor exactly because it was part of a bigger job). Your cost may vary.
We love it!
