OH, I forgot to mention, if the drip drip drip is concealed inside a wall cavity, ask the LICENSED plumber to look to determine if there is possibility of water damage or rotting of the structural members upon which the water is dripping, and see if the water is then further dripping and damaging something even lower. Tell your folks they might consider asking the Homeowners Insurance Agent if this is covered in their existing policy to protect their investment in their home, (especially if they will consider a re-finance or selling the home years from now) : My folks have a two story home, in the bathroom upstairs everytime they drain the bathroom sink you hear a drip, drip. How can we find out where the leak is? It has to be in the wall somewhere between the first and second floor. Do we have to cut up the wall or is there and easier way of finding it? : Thank you : Terro
