What help do you need? Look at the regulator and see the connector type, manufacturer, pipe size, and model number. Go to the plumbing supply house that LICENSED plumbers use, order the regulator, get it in hand, shut off the water meter, drain the house water, and remove the old regulator, re-install the new.

: I need some advice on swapping out a water pressure regulator (wpr). It is just downstream of the water meter. My pressure in my house has just started to vary based on what faucets are open etc. I thought I had a leak but I don't. The water cmpnay check also. They said I have a probable bad wpr. Any help would be aprreciated.
