I had this problem when managing a group of apartment complexes in Seattle. Believe it or not, a bird somehow died and fell into the vent pipe.
He is very correct about the liquids.

: Thats correct.....call a different plumber/drain cleaner and when you talk to him on the phone tell them that they will have to do it from the vent. Do not put that Liquid Plumber shit in your drains, it will only worsen the problem.
