Maybe. The faucet has a male end and is screwed into a female adapter on the supply line. Problem is, the adapter on the supply line should be held to prevent it twisting when you remove the faucet. Had that problem once myself caused by leaving a hose attached to the faucet all winter. Didn't leak until I tried to use the faucet in the spring. I learned a lesson. If you can access the supply line before it enters the wall, you should be OK.
