|In response to Re: sewer pipe|
: How far down is a sewer pipe suppose to be in the ground? We are trying to find ours because when it was augered, the auger came out with mud and rocks in it.
A sewer line can be from 12" to 7' at the house. I use a locater that locates the line and also gives me the depth. Then we use our trenchless sewer line replacement method to replace the line. We don't have to dig up the line to change it.
