: how can I disconnect a water softner? There should be shut off valves at the (in and out) of the softner, or maybe even a by-pass valve witch lets you by-pass the softner. If not, shut your water down and cut out the softner. Then re-pipe the two water lines back together again with a coupling. Its very easy. |
