RE: Shower framing

Well, I got new copper, new drains, subfloor installed, Kohler symbio shower pan placed and fits perfect, but I am unsure on what to do with the ceiling. The plan is to have this thing tiled. The angled shower pan slips into the corner of the room, the ceiling above is flat for almost the entire area diretly above the pan, but on the right side ceiling slopes with roof pitch. Do I need to be concerned with framing in a drop down area, or can the ceiling area both inside and outside the shower area be in essence flat and on the same level. If so, do I just stop the rockboard and then switch to drywall flush? I know this is confusing but I'm a diyer...
