If you mean you have two hot handles and two cold ones, then you may not have a 4 valve diverter, you could have 2 two valve faucets mounted one above the other. However that does not eliminate the problem of getting parts for it. A good plumber might be able to reseat the faucet and if the stems are not defective, they may just require washers.

: I've got what looks to be a 'Ampinco' (its kinda tough to read) 4 valve diverter. The shower faucets are dripping and leaking back through the wall. A retired plumber friend of mine said that he didn't even want to look at it because parts are likely nonexistant. Google didn't turn up anything on Ampinco, let alone 4 valve diverters. Anybody got any ideas. I really don't want to redo the entire bathroom to replace this with a modern diverter but once this one comes out and there are holes in the tile and so on and so on. Thanks....
