|In response to Re: U-BENDS|
By definition and codes, a "J" bend is to be a utilitarina item with precise standards. For this reason most will be generic. Over time there have been some interesting designs, most unapproved, to try to eliminate the effects of a poorly installed plumbing system. All have disappeared from the marketplace. Bout the only "interesting" ones being made at this time are specialty ones to simplify the installation of pedestal lavatories, and they are also illegal if the code's parameters are interpreted correctly.
: Looking to exchange tips/comments with fellow amateur plumbers experiences with u-bends. Also interested in collecting any novelty u-bends that people may have.
: Keep on plumbing.
