If its single handle you most likely just spin the barrel around 180 degrees and it should be normal. Kohler has a great website with all their product information. : I recently had a Kohler shower R12007 - 4S - CP faucet installed. The water temperature is reversed - hot water comes on first. They tried turning the valve 180 degrees with no change. Any suggestions?
