Since he could see it, I imagine it was the pipes from the wall to the faucet. Those are easy to change and are not included in the repipe program for polybutylene piping. They can and do fail spontaneously, which is why I always recommend changing them when I find them in a customer's house. : I just put on offer on a condo in Virginia Beach. My realtor found poly. piping under the kitchen sink. : Thank you so much! I am in need of help!
