floor drains

We are starting a large renovation project in our basement. We are re-partioning this area so that two new bathrooms are added. There is one floor drain in the furnace/utility area (the southwest corner of the house) and another on the northeast corner. The bathrooms are stacked in the center of the area (against the east wall). There is a pipe that runs between the beneath the floor... 8" concrete... to the septic and drain field below the house..... (on the east side). What is the easiest way to run drainage for these bathrooms....... the least amount of jackhammering. Is there a boring tool that can run under the foundation between fixtures?
