It will cost whatever the plumbers in your area are charging. Get a couple of evaluations to be sure the diagnosis is correct and then get bids for the job to see what it will cost. : Help! We live in a pier and beam house and have drain pipes leaking. This just started a few weeks ago and we have water standing under the house. A couple of plumbers have looked at it and said we needed to replace all our pipes - water pipes and drain pipes. The house is probably 40+ years old. What should this cost us to have done? We have two bathrooms, kitchen sink area and washer/dryer area and house is 1,700 sq. ft. pier and beam. We live in the "heart of Texas" area. Many thanks!
