Overcharged for Work?

My elderly mother had some plumbing work done and the charge seemed high to me. Here's the list of things done (and they were at her house for 4 - 5 hours). We live in San Diego. Pumped water from under house into grass Dry area out with clean Dry Dirt Copper repair on 3/4" hot waterline (about a 1' section with elbow) Replace ball valve to heater Drain heater Thanks! jim
