Hopefully im not wearing out my welcome w/ all my recent questions, but want to be sure I'm doing the right thing. My basement bathroom is roughed in and I am planning on cutting my 4"ABS drain level w/ the floor, then adhering a flange to the inside circumference of the pipe (no concrete chiseling necessary). My plan is to glue/screw the flange so that is sits directly on the concrete floor. Later, I plan on laying a vinyl floor in the bathroom. Other, past posts have prompted me to ask whether I should leave the flange up for vinyl flooring to slide underneath or should I go ahead as planned (vinyl would butt up to side of the flange)??? My senses tell me to go ahead as planned, but these other posts raise doubt...
