I have just installed one of the Series 2000 bath fixtures. I initially thought I had a bad product when no cold water came through the mixer system. I took the piston out (next to the cold water side) cleaned it and reinstalled all and it has worked like a charm since. I took really like the look and when comparing the quality vs other brands, decided to give Pegasus a shot. I think most plumbers won't care for this brand because they don't carry replacement valves, as in Delta etc... I will install the matching fixtures on the sink this weekend. I want to find a high end hand held showeer head to use instead of the fixed shower head. It works great, but I like the hand head better. Any responses welcomed. Home Depot just opened their high end store here, and the Pegasus brand is carried there also. Enjoy your rain locker.
